Bayganda Youth Foundation 

Wong worked with the Bayganda Foundation in summer 2026 to nurture art, design, and practical sewing skills in children and youth in Berkeley. Bayganda seeks to expand access to education for girls in Uganda and support cultural exchange between the Bay Area and Uganda by cultivating global youth leadership through creativity, connection, and philanthropy. Wong taught a workshop series creating fabric self-portraits,  honoring real-life heroes, and supporting community activism based on her work "Inside the Red Tent." (Oakland, CA — Summer 2026)
